Meridian Co. is the consulting practice of Francesco Caresio — an entrepreneur and business developer with a track record across the pet food industry, international trade, product development, and brand building.
Formed in Warsaw, the practice draws on direct operational experience in launching and scaling products across European and international markets — from concept and formulation through to shelf, distribution, and brand identity.
Francesco holds a degree from ESCP Europe and has built his career at the intersection of commercial strategy and hands-on execution — working with founders, brands, and businesses that need a partner who has done it, not just advised on it.
